Our Tier IV 55 Point Premium Off-Site Clean-up/Tune-up includes everything done during our Deluxe On-Site Clean-up/Tune-up, plus additional services and software designed to make your PC perform better than new. This is our "we do it all" service that touches virtually every hardware component and every Windows process to make sure your PC is operating at peak performance. We even set up wireless network security (if necessary) on all of your household networked PCs, and we clean out your computer (inside and out). Just give us a call; we will pick up your PC from your location, bring it back in 3-5 business days, hook everything back up and test your system to be absolutely sure you are thrilled with our service!

Here's what we will do during your Tier IV Premium Off-Site Clean-up/Tune-up...

41. Verify that all internal computer devices are working properly

42. Upgrade Windows Update to Microsoft Update (if needed) to insure all Microsoft programs are updated automatically (including Office)

43. Download and install all needed Windows Updates including Microsoft Office (broadband Internet connection required)

44. Check hard drive for bad sectors and repair any problems

45. Perform a Data Defragmentation on the system drive to improve Windows performance and overall PC speed

46. Perform a Data Defragmentation on any other hard drives to improve data load speed

47. Install a FREE program that will manage your passwords and automatically fill in web page forms

48. Run a complete virus scan on all hard drives to detect and repair any and all known viruses, trojans and worms

49. Run three comprehensive spyware scans on all drives to detect and remove any and all known spyware programs on your computer

50. Verify that the PC is free of all traces of viruses and spyware, with additional removal procedures included if needed

51. Install a FREE "phishing" protection program to protect you from "fake" web sites

52. Perform a Data Defragmentation on all hard drives to improve hard drive performance and PC speed

53. Thoroughly clean exterior computer case and vacuum/blow out interior dust and debris to extend life of computer

54. Generate a report that lists all of the details regarding your computer's hardware and all installed software

55. Verify (on-site) that adequate wireless network security is enabled, and configure security on all networked PCs if needed.
